Bageecha means 'a garden with flowers,' and it sits at the center of the property, surrounded by lawns the staff maintains by hand. The kitchen is known across Jaisalmer for Rajasthani cooking done the traditional way, alongside Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes. Once the sun goes down, tables move outdoors under candlelight, with folk music and dance around the campfire.
