Palace hotels sell exclusivity and scale, with pricing to match. Desert camps sell the dune ceremony, at the cost of moving every guest, vendor, and generator 45 km into the sand. Heritage properties in and near the city split the difference: real sandstone architecture, lawns that hold large gatherings, rooms on site, and vendors within city reach.

Capacity decides more than aesthetics. A 300-guest wedding needs grounds, not a courtyard.
